step one:
Put the whole package in water and heat for 3 minutes;
or
Put the whole package in a food jar, add boiling water eight full, and bake for 10 minutes;
or
Tear the package, pour the meal into the microwaveable appliance, and heat for 40 seconds (750W)
[Note: Do not put the aluminum foil bag directly in the microwave to heat]
