How To Use

Product Usage
- Men: Take one capsule daily with food, preferably for at least 90 days prior to planned conception
- Continue taking Menevit once daily as required or as directed by your healthcare profesasional

Product Warnings
- Men on blood thinning medication should seek medical advice before taking Menevit
- Menevit contains 26µg selenium. As daily dose of 100µg for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded
- This product is a supplement, cannot be used as subsitution of food
