GNC Preventive Nutrition Brain Health Formula draws on scientific research and uses clinically proven ingredients to support brain health. It features 19 brain-boosting ingredients, including key nutrients necessary for brain and nerve cell function, which help to strengthen connections between nerve cells in the brain. It also improves blood circulation in the brain, increases oxygen supply to the brain, and reduces the accumulation of harmful substances, thereby reversing brain degeneration.

^In a randomized, double-blind, placebo controlled crossover study, 19 volunteers consumed 3 doses of resVida® (30 mg, 90 mg, 270 mg) and a placebo at weekly intervals. Flow-mediated dilatation (FMD) of the brachial artery was measured one hour after ingestion of each treatment and was significantly increased at all 3 doses relative to placebo. 30 mg of resVida® demonstrated 2.5% greater increase in FMD relative to placebo.
