Under normal circumstances, Return & Refund of product is not available excepts:

If any product proves to have been delivered or provided for pick-up in a damaged condition, expired, omitted in the delivery/pick-up, or if a wrong product is delivered/ provided for pick-up. Please login to [My account>order history] for Return & Refund request within 14 days of receipt of the delivery or pick-up.

Active ingredients such as shea butter, olive and sunflower oil, which are rich in unsaturated fatty acids, can repair and strengthen the sebum film, soothe skin that is prone to sensitive, itchy and dry eczema. It moisturizes the skin, easy to absorb, and can quickly penetrate into the bottom layer of the skin. Anti-allergic formula, free of fragrances and Parabens preservatives, suitable for eczema and sensitive skin.
How To Use

Apply once to twice daily onto perfectly clean and dry skin, with emphasis on dry or irritated areas. Suitable for babies, children and adults.
