Under normal circumstances, Return & Refund of product is not available excepts:

If any product proves to have been delivered or provided for pick-up in a damaged condition, expired, omitted in the delivery/pick-up, or if a wrong product is delivered/ provided for pick-up. Please login to [My account>order history] for Return & Refund request within 14 days of receipt of the delivery or pick-up.
(Note: Return & Exchange an item is not available for Macau Click & Collect service, please contact Customer Service for assistance.)

These multi-purpose, cosmetic sponges are the perfect solution to an effortless makeup routine. Ideal for application of powders, liquid or cream makeup, the sponges can be used to blend your product - allowing you to achieve an even finish. Sponges can also be used for makeup removal.
How To Use

Makeup application varies depending on makeup product selected for use. For use with loose powders: pat sponge into product and apply to face in a sweeping motion to blend.
For use with liquid: apply product directly to sponge, then apply to face in a dabbing motion and blend.
To clean: rinse sponge with a mild soap and warm water after use, lay flat to dry.
