According to Records of Compendium of Materia Medica , Ophiocordyceps sinensis is tonic food to repair, protect and modulate respiration systems especially lungs & kidneys.
According to The Dictionary of Chinese Herbology , it is effective to respiratory system connecting to lungs and kidneys.
Ophiocordyceps sinensis improve sleeping quality, immune system and nasal allergy etc.
