Under normal circumstances, Return & Refund of product is not available excepts:

If any product proves to have been delivered or provided for pick-up in a damaged condition, expired, omitted in the delivery/pick-up, or if a wrong product is delivered/ provided for pick-up. Please login to [My account>order history] for Return & Refund request within 14 days of receipt of the delivery or pick-up.

Follow-On Formula Milk Powder

How To Use

1. Wash your hands carefully.
2. Wash bottle or cup, teat and cap thoroughly. Boil for 5 minutes. Leave covered until use.
3. Boil drinking water and allow to cool.
4. Strictly follow the feeding table. First pour water into the bottle or cup. Then, add powder using only the scoop provided, carefully leveling off the extra powder.
5. Make sure the scoop is dry and store back into the can. Close can after each use, and store it in a cool and dry place.
6. Stir contents of cup or shake capped bottle well until powder is fully dissolved. Check temperature before feeding.
