為何腹部最難減?
腹部肥胖亦即中央肥胖,是因為體內積聚過多的脂肪,形成腹部凸出,。一般來說,長期飲食不均衡、運動不足及生活壓力等會較易令腹部積聚脂肪。此外,腸胃蠕動不暢、消化不良,也更易令腹部脹氣及積便。腹部肥胖的形成原因較多,如有腸胃或其他原因引起的話,即使進行運動和控制飲食,減少腹部脂肪的成效也不會很明顯。
要點1:減少攝取高糖分食物
高醣飲食可令人容易致胖,而糖是醣的其中一種,進食過多糖分會刺激胰島素分泌。胰島素是一種能促進脂肪細胞形成的激素,所以過多攝取糖分或會令腹部更快聚積脂肪。此外,高糖分食物也較易導致腸胃脹氣,令腹部更見膨脹。因此,想減少腹部積脂及腹脹,應盡量減少攝取高糖分食物,包括糕點、雪糕、汽水等。
