Hot Cold TherapyMicrowave method:
1. Flatten pack in microwave oven and heat for 30 seconds in medium wave.
2. Allow to cool for 10 seconds before direct application.
3. If more heat is required, put into microwave oven and heat for further 5-10 seconds in low wave.
4. Wrap in dry towel before applying.
Note: Do not overheat in microwave oven beyond recommended time and not greater than 800W power.
Hot water method:
1. Immerse in hot water, approximately 80C, for about 10 minutes, and do not heat the water further.
2. Wrap in dry towel before applying.
Use as cold therapy:
1. Lay flat and store in freezer for at least 2 hours.
2. Allow to defrost for 3-5 minutes before use.
3. Wrap in dry towel before applying.

Under normal circumstances, Mannings would not accept any request for return or refund of Products.
