Under normal circumstances, Return & Refund of product is not available excepts:

If any product proves to have been delivered or provided for pick-up in a damaged condition, expired, omitted in the delivery/pick-up, or if a wrong product is delivered/ provided for pick-up. Please login to [My account>order history] for Return & Refund request within 14 days of receipt of the delivery or pick-up.

Product Description

US brand Munchkin's White Hot Safety Bath Ducky can float on the water and kids can play with them when bathing. It can detect the temperature; the word 'HOT' at the bottom will turn into white color when it detects the temperature is over 38℃. It is especially suitable for new parents to test the water temperature before helping babies to take bath.
How To Use

Let Duck sit in bath water for one minute then lift to check safety disc underneath Duck. If" HOT" apperas on safety disc, bath water is too hot(approximately 103F - 104F/39.4c - 40c. Allow water to cool or add cold water until the orignal colour returns to safety disc.
